Not a flip at all. We purchased this home in 2019 with the intention of living in it forever. We upgraded every corner of it and made it the ideal oasis for us while we grew our family.

We have really appreciated the safe and kid friendly neighborhood. The HOA is not crazy and focuses on keeping costs low, even though there are 2 pools and multiple parks. The secret bonus is actually the college and zoo across the street. After 2020, more and more students are remote, so it is never busy and it has amazing paths and green spaces. On the weekends, it was like our private adventure land.

We never imagined leaving Milne but work situations changed.  We brought our first three babies home here and cherished our many gatherings for family and friends hosting every holiday and making special memories under the glow of the string lights outside.

The HVAC system, windows and kitchen had been redone in 2015-2018 so we didn't redo those. Almost everything else we completely overhauled. Even the small upgrades like ceiling lights, ceiling fans, outlets, and light switches were all done by us.
